About the ICBME
The organizer of the 27th National and 5th International Iranian Conference of Biomedical Engineering with the guidance of the Biomedical Engineering Society aims to bring together experts and researchers. The main topics of the conference are as follows: Sport Biomechanics, Biomechanics of Biological Fluids, Robotics, Biological System Modeling, Bioinformatics and Telemedicine, Cardiac and Respiratory Engineering, Neurology and Rehabilitation Engineering, Nanomaterial, Biomaterial Engineering, Molecular and Cellular Engineering, Tissue Engineering, Biological Engineering Measurements, Biomedical Image Processing, Biological Signal Processing, Biochemical Engineering, and the other related biomedical engineering fields.
Where
Tehran is the capital of Iran and Tehran Province. Tehran is the most populous city in Iran and in Western Asia and has the second largest metropolitan area in the Middle East. It is ranked 29th in the world by the population of its metropolitan area. Tehran has an international airport (Imam Khomeini Airport), a domestic airport (Mehrabad Airport), a central railway station, a rapid transit system called Tehran Metro, a bus rapid transit system, trolleybuses, and a large network of highways. The conference has accredited annually by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran and annually sponsored by the IEEE.

This is a conference from the series of the national and the international conferences of Iranian Society of Biomedical Engineering (ICBME).

Will the participants of the educational workshop events receive a certificate?
Yes; if the participants manage to finish the course.

Are the expenses the same for the papers written in English and Persian?
Yes, the expenses are the same. Indexing fee is applied to the IEEE-Xplore indexed paper only for papers written in English. Authors outside the IR Iran should pay in US.

Is there a possibility for an early review (before the official results)?
No, the results will only be announced in the system on the mentioned date, after the final review committee session.
