About the ICBME
The 32nd National and 10th International Iranian Conference on Biomedical Engineering (ICBME 2025) is organized by Tabriz University of Technology and is held under the guidance of the Iranian Society for Biomedical Engineering and intends to bring together experts in the field.
The main topics of the conference are as follows:
Biological Signal Processing, Bioinformatics, Tissue Engineering, Biomaterial Engineering, Biological System Modeling, Sport Biomechanics, Bio-Devices, Neural Engineering, Medical Image Processing, Biofluid Mechanics, Bioinstrumentation, Rehabilitations, Bioelectronics, Biochemical Engineering, Robotics, Heart and Lung Engineering, Telemedicine, Drug Delivery System, and other fields related to Biomedical Engineering
Where
Tabriz, the capital of East Azerbaijan Province in northwestern Iran, is recognized as one of the country's historical and cultural cities. With its rich history and beautiful architecture, this city offers numerous attractions. The Tabriz Bazaar, as one of the largest covered markets in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage site, symbolizes the trade and culture of the region. Tabriz was also introduced as the cultural capital of Iran in 2018 and has various tourist attractions, including historic mosques, gardens, and museums. Festival of the Best Theses of the Iranian Society for Biomedical Engineering
Call for the best thesis of the Iranian Society for Biomedical
Engineering Association 2025
According to previous years' procedure, this year, the Iranian Society
for Biomedical Engineering is holding a competition to select the best theses
in all three levels of undergraduate, master's, and doctoral degrees
simultaneously at the 32st National and 10th International Iranian Conference on
Biomedical Engineering (ICBME 2025).
All graduates and students of this field can participate in this
competition by sending the application form and documents to the following
email address: thesis2025@icbme.ir
A committee of judges will evaluate the theses and theses, and the
excellent and appreciable doctoral theses, master's,
and bachelor's theses that have been done in various fields of biomedical
engineering will be recognized with plaques and prizes at the closing ceremony
of the conference.
Conditions for
participating in the contest:
Students who defended their theses after November 20, 2025, to before
November 20, 2025, can participate in this competition.
The thesis must focus on a current track in biomedical engineering and
must not have been submitted to the previous Festival of the Best Theses of the
Iranian Society for Biomedical Engineering.
Evaluation of
submitted theses:
Theses and dissertations will be evaluated based on the submitted
documents by the committee of judges.
Steps to
participate in the contest:
1. In the first step,
special forms (by completing the relevant file at the end of the article) for
the thesis/dissertation must be completed and signed by the supervisor and sent
to the following address. mailto: thesis2025@icbme.ir to
distinguish from others, the subject of the email should be: the name of
the student and his degree.
2. In the second
stage, the student should send the achievements of the thesis/dissertation
(documents such as thesis test files and achievements including published
articles). Please use Google Drive or similar platforms to prevent overloading
the email host space, and email the file links to the conference.

The deadline for submission is November 20, 2025.
The final
evaluation result:
The final evaluation result will be announced at the end of the
conference.

Yes, the expenses are the same. Indexing fee is applied to the IEEE-Xplore indexed paper only for papers written in English. Authors outside the IR Iran should pay in US dollar.

No, the results will only be announced in the system on the mentioned date, after the final review committee session.
